I really was sent that e-mail, and when I tried to respond with a link to Tolerance.org, I found out that person was not accepting e-mails from me.
So that sets up another pet peeve - learn how to set up your e-mail properly. If you're going to send out e-mails to people, make sure you are not blocking them from responding.
And turn your cell phone off at the movies. And once you see the name of the studio on screen, it's time to shut up.

We are taking a four week "personal protection" course at work - a couple of people have been followed from work out to the parking lot, so our branch manager thought it would be a good idea. It's taught by some Taekwon-Do dans. Today we got to do punching and kicking, and I have to say - I LOVED PUNCHING! We do this course at 10:30, and it feels so good to move around - I have not really done anything like this in a while - walking has been my only exercise, but I may have to invest in a punching bag or take Taekwon-Do or kickboxing. Next week is our last class, and our instructors are going to show us their best - high kicks and stuff like that.
Viva La Bam just started here last night, and I was laughing so hard I couldn't breathe - the hamburgers on the clothes and the van jumping around after they had been through the drive-thru were the best. Anyone else think that was as funny as I did?

I though I was going to die this morning because some freak had dropped a piece of toast in the parking lot where I park my car, and all these seagulls were fighting over it. I also had another seagull crossing last weekend when Simon and I were doing some shopping in Petone. We decided to get some lunch and sit by the water and eat, then I got out to throw our rubbish away, and when I turned back around, Simon motioned for me to look up - there were about 10-15 seagulls right over my head! I didn't even hear them - I think I was concentrating on the sea smell and didn't notice anything else. Luckily I got out of both situations unscathed.

OK, first off I saw Brave Combo on The Simpsons tonight - outstanding!
One of the women I work with, Geetha, is from India, and this morning she brought in some fried potatoes and bananas and a coriander chutney that was similar to this recipe - heaven! The chutney just tasted so fresh and green and healthy. She is writing the recipe down for us. Guess what I'm making this weekend? You should too, it would be super tasty with tortilla chips - it was almost like a salsa.
A guy on a New Zealand television program last night called someone a "wealthy wank stain." I about fell on the floor laughing - when was the last time you heard those words on TV?
Well, this post was pretty random, but then, so is life.
