I guess you could use this to find your anniversary color. Simon does not agree with his birthday color. Mine's all right, probably not the color blue I would normally go for, but I like the color for July.
I was checking out my website stats one day, and I noticed someone had gotten to my site by doing a search for "everybody had magic towels" which I thought was a lyric from "Rock Lobster", but it turns out the actual lyric is "everybody had MATCHING towels." I totally did not know this. I have been singing the wrong lyric for years. I like magic towels better.

For crying out loud - you know, if you make it to 97, maybe you should get to drive around with an expired parking sticker - because it would sure blow if you paid for it and then died the next day. I mean really, I wonder if that's how you think when you get older - damn, I would really rather go get my hair fixed, or see this movie, or visit my family than pay this car registration because what if I drop dead tomorrow? It's something to think about.

Some woman at work today called my manager's manager a "joy germ" and I about fell out of my chair laughing. I don't even know what a "joy germ" is, but it sures sounds funny. She also told him to shut up before saying he was a "joy germ" and that greatly added to my amusement. I have a feeling I am the only one laughing here.

Bought me some okra today - a place across the street from where I work sells it - sweet! AND, one of my co-workers told me about a way to stir fry it with onions and spices, and eat it on roti bread - double sweet!
Cassie was very naughty today and chewed up Simon's $120.00 motorcycle goggles. She has only chewed up food related items in the past, so this is a worrying development.

You know, I am really getting tired of signs telling me how to conduct my business in the bathroom. At EDS someone put up a sign saying "Wash Hands Thoroughly". At my new place of employment, there is a big sign on the back of the door saying "Don't Spread Germs! Put The Lid Down Before Flushing!" Now, I'm sorry, but I don't want to touch the toilet any more than I have to, especially the lid of the toilet, and anyhow, isn't a public toilet pretty dicey anyway? AND, your desk area has way more germs than that toilet seat. So, no, I will not put that toilet lid down before flushing, and I'll wash my hands, but I don't know if it will be thoroughly, and I'll go back to my desk and let the germs jump onto me there. Sheesh.
