Ah luxury - I don't have to go back to work until May 23rd. I'm sure I will fritter away my time on stupid stuff, but at least I'm not at work.

So why do you get off until the 23rd? Is it an official holiday or are you going to play hookie?
I saw this show on New Zealand and the tour guide went to Christchurch by train. It was really cool. You should go there. It is supposed to look more like England than England.

I am taking a holiday because I have been there over a year with no more than a few days off at a time. So it is time for my break. Yay!

I have not been down to the South Island at all, but I would love to go - and ride the train down there - it is really supposed to be stunning. Simon's parents want us to come down for Xmas, so we'll see.
